Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments.
For any questions regarding booking, please call us at 610-941-0010 or e-mail at info@summerbreezesalon.com.
You can do one of the following:
A. Head over to our website and click on “book appointment”.
B. Download the Summer Breeze Salon app, create your profile and book online.
C. Book by phone. Give us a call at 610-841-0010.
D. Send us an email: Info@summerbreezesalon.com (response might require 1 business day)
E. Stop by the salon to book in-person.
We require a credit card from all clients when booking an appointment. If you do not want to provide your information over the phone or in-person, you can book your appointment online.
To schedule an appointment, we require your first and last name, phone number and credit/debit card information. All client bookings require a 20% non-refundable deposit.
We kindly ask all our clients to arrive 5 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment. This will give you plenty of time to choose a color, talk to your stylist, or fill out any forms needed for our aesthetician or masseuse.
Should you arrive more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will provide the service. We will try our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.
If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide us at least a 24-hour notice.
To do so, you must call during salon hours and speak with one of our associates. You can call us at: 610-841-0010.
All appointments require a 20% non-refundable deposit. The deposit goes towards your final total.
If a client late cancels within 24 hours, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee. However, if you late cancel but would like to reschedule, we will move your appointment time and use your deposit toward the new appointment date.
If you call and cannot make your appointment but want to reschedule, we will allow up to two reschedules before we officially cancel your appointment and mark it as a NO SHOW. Your card will be charged 50% toward the appointment(s) booked.
If we see that you late/canceled or no showed for the first time since joining our salon, we will do a one-time charge fee waiver. Anything after that will be a charge according to our guidelines above.
Without proper notice described in point "What should I do to cancel my appointment" we will charge a 50% cancellation fee to your card if you do not show for your appointment. Your next appointment and all appointments after that will require a 100% prepayment.
If your appointments are not confirmed on the app by text or email, we will contact you by phone/text a few days before your visit. If we do not hear back from you, we will automatically cancel your appointment if it is less than 24hrs before your scheduled visit. We will alert you that a cancellation has been made.
If you’d like to book appointments for a party of two or more, please call us at 610-841-0010 or e-mail us at info@summerbreezesalon.com and we will accommodate your party. For bookings of 2 or more people, we require the same booking deposit of 20%.
